In recent years I have not only practiced the Wim Hof method. Many of you have seen me in the classes crawling around on all fours like an animal.
What I did there were ANIMAL MOVEMENTS.
They keep our bodies extremely healthy and promote a holistic balance of STRENGTH; FLEXIBILITY & COORDINATION.
AND: The whole thing is also a lot of fun.
