In training with Wim Hof


I wanted more life energy. I wanted more joie de vivre. I wanted to be fit and happy. ​

In a life crisis and deep depression, I was looking for methods that REALLY work. ​

When I came across Wim Hof, I knew this man had something that I also want: strong vitality and excellent health. ​

I was lucky to be one of the few trainers to be trained directly by him, to pass on his method. ​


Since 2018 I have accompanied thousands of people in strengthening their inner connection and freeing their aliveness through the Wim Hof ​​Method.

My approach: Connection to inner Nature.

- Wim Hof ​ I believe that there is enormous health power in every human being. ​ But for many of us, these forces have been somewhat buried because we have distanced ourselves far from our actual nature.

I would like to help you to strengthen the contact to your inner nature again.

Joie de vivre, energy and health are the natural result of this inner connection.

In addition to the Wim Hof ​​Method, I research and practice other ways of this inner connection, which I also incorporate into my seminars.

Mindfulness Meditation

In a Buddhist monastery in France (Plum Village) I learned the mindfulness meditations of the Zen master Tich Nhat Hanh.


Conscious Movement

Taught by several teachers, including Maximilian Freiler, I practice conscious movement and animal movement on a daily basis.


Conscious discharge

Pent-up emotions make life difficult for us because they affect us subconsciously and block our life force. I learned the practice of conscious discharge from Vivien Dittmar.
